Alfasi Property is undertaking this development to accommodate new state of the art facilities for the Alfasi Hire business in NSW. The site is located at Caringbah in Sydney’s south, which is in the process of being DA approved and will be constructed by Craft Building Company. It is a two level facility situated on an 2,500sqm site in a new industrial precinct.
